This report highlights the findings and recommendations on how states are implementing Chafee Education and Training Vouchers for students with experience in foster care and where there may be opportunities to improve how these funds are utilized. Additionally, this report provides findings from a survey of state ETV coordinators and offers a set of research-based best practices that can help states to refine how they operationalize this program to best meet the needs of students.
